Crystal colour healing has a profound effect physically, emotionally and spiritually; if our Chakras are blocked or drained, then our body, spirit and mind cannot function properly. Manipura or lustrous gem colour is yellow. Crystals like citrine and yellow sapphire are used. RAM sound for meditation
